Deniz Diogo
Director of Buildings & Facilities
Deniz Diogo is the Director of Buildings and Facilities at Cordeiro Properties. His responsibilities include overseeing our portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Deniz is tasked with day-to-day operations to maintain our facilities and grounds and manage our maintenance team. He is also responsible for acting as a liaison between our architects and contractors on new development projects and ensuring project timelines are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Deniz joins Cordeiro Properties after an extensive career as an engineering manager, where he was responsible for 50+ yearly jobs to supply concrete reinforcing steel, distributing work to detail engineers, releasing material fabrications, and supervising personnel and finances. Some of Deniz’ most notable projects include: the Providence Place Mall, Providence, RI; Garage B Logan Airport, Boston, MA; The Big Dig, Boston, MA; and the Jamestown Bridge, Jamestown, RI.
A lifelong resident of Fall River and a 1980 graduate of B.M.C Durfee High School, Deniz went on to earn an Associates Degree in Architectural Detailing and Design from New England Tech in 1985. Deniz was formerly OSHA certified with the US Department of Labor #700448495 and holder of a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License – CS#: 73568, TR #: 25577.
In his free time, he enjoys golfing, home-improvement projects, and spending time with his wife Ana, grandchildren, and Bernadoodle, Maggie.

Tim Ford
Director of Construction
Tim Ford serves as the Director of Construction at Cordeiro Properties. With an impressive 47 years of experience in the construction industry, Tim has a wealth of expertise in builder, developer, and general contractor roles.
Throughout his career, Tim has overseen a wide array of notable projects, including the Worcester Trial Court House, car rental agencies at Boston Logan Airport, the VA Hospital, dormitories at Brown University, the GTECH Tower, as well as kitchen and classroom renovations at Johnson & Wales University. He has also worked on numerous restaurant renovations throughout Providence, RI.
A graduate of Diman Vocational High School with a focus on house and mill carpentry, Tim continued his education with courses in Property Management at Bristol Community College and in Real Estate Development and Civil Engineering at UMASS Dartmouth. His professional credentials include MA HIC License #124947, MA CSL #009047, RI Contractor License #15140, and CT MCO #090-4254.
A lifelong resident of Westport, MA, Tim enjoys spending his free time gardening, hiking, doing yard work, and visiting the beach.
