Deniz Diogo
Director of Buildings & Facilities
Deniz Diogo is the Director of Buildings and Facilities at Cordeiro Properties. His responsibilities include overseeing our portfolio of commercial and residential properties. Deniz is tasked with day-to-day operations to maintain our facilities and grounds and manage our maintenance team. He is also responsible for acting as a liaison between our architects and contractors on new development projects and ensuring project timelines are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Deniz joins Cordeiro Properties after an extensive career as an engineering manager, where he was responsible for 50+ yearly jobs to supply concrete reinforcing steel, distributing work to detail engineers, releasing material fabrications, and supervising personnel and finances. Some of Deniz’ most notable projects include: the Providence Place Mall, Providence, RI; Garage B Logan Airport, Boston, MA; The Big Dig, Boston, MA; and the Jamestown Bridge, Jamestown, RI.
A lifelong resident of Fall River and a 1980 graduate of B.M.C Durfee High School, Deniz went on to earn an Associates Degree in Architectural Detailing and Design from New England Tech in 1985. Deniz was formerly OSHA certified with the US Department of Labor #700448495 and holder of a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License – CS#: 73568, TR #: 25577.
In his free time, he enjoys golfing, home-improvement projects, and spending time with his wife Ana, grandchildren, and Bernadoodle, Maggie.

Kevin Costa
Construction Manager
Kevin Costa is a seasoned Construction Manager with over 15 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. A lifelong resident of Fall River and a proud graduate of Durfee High School’s Class of 2000, Kevin furthered his education with courses at Bristol Community College, UMASS Dartmouth, and Bridgewater State University.
His career includes hands-on experience as a union laborer and extensive work as a rebar detailer, estimator, and project manager with Re-Steel and Victory Steel. Kevin has contributed to several high-profile projects, including the University of Pittsburgh Medical College, multiple developments at Carnegie Mellon University, and The Cove Restaurant & Marina in Fall River.
Well-versed in industry tools such as AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and Share 95, Kevin brings strong skills in planning, scheduling, and drafting to every project he leads. Outside of work, he enjoys exercising and meditation, along with creative pursuits like reading, writing, and sketching.

Nelson Santos
Field Supervisor
Nelson Santos is a seasoned carpentry professional with over two decades of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction. A 2003 graduate of Greater New Bedford Regional Vocational Technical High School, Nelson began his career early, working with family during summers before transitioning into full-time carpentry after graduation. Over the years, he has developed expertise in all facets of the trade, eventually running his own successful business specializing in custom kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and high-end finish work.
His project portfolio includes work on notable sites such as Dreamland Theatre, Boston College, and SouthCoast hospitals, alongside a wide range of custom residential builds. As a Field Supervisor, Nelson brings a wealth of practical knowledge, leadership, and a strong work ethic to every job site.
Outside of work, Nelson enjoys spending time with his family and friends, attending his children’s events, traveling, playing and watching sports, and tackling personal projects.
