The Cordeiro Group has reached a significant milestone in the construction of Campbell Crossing, a new 52-unit market-rate apartment building in downtown Fall River. The project, located on Bedford Street, celebrated its final beam placement in a ceremony attended by local officials. Scheduled for completion in January 2027, Campbell Crossing is designed to provide modern housing in an area that has lacked such options, replacing a long-standing parking lot.
The five-story building will feature a mix of apartment sizes, with a focus on larger units in response to market demand. Amenities will include a community game room, fitness center, and in-unit laundry facilities. The Cordeiro Group’s broader strategy aims to revitalize downtown Fall River by creating a cluster of upscale, amenity-rich apartments that cater to young professionals and empty-nesters, contributing to the area’s growth and appeal.
