Cordeiro Properties purchased the land that housed the former historic National Grid Thomas Edison Light Station at 60 Hartwell Street in Fall River. We are planning to construct a 6-story mixed-use building on the site and add additional parking to the Kay Building. The proposal at this point calls for commercial space on the 1st floor with market rate housing proposed for the remaining 5 floors of the building. Construction would start sometime in 2022.
