The Cordeiro Group has reached a significant milestone in its latest project, Campbell Crossing, a new 52-unit market-rate apartment building in downtown Fall River. The beam-signing ceremony took place in late February, marking the completion of the building’s steel framework. The project, located on Bedford Street, is expected to be finished by January 2027 and includes commercial space as well as an adult daycare facility operated by Community Connections.

This development reflects a shift in the Cordeiro Group’s strategy toward larger apartment units, responding to increased demand for more spacious living options. The building will feature a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, along with amenities such as a community game room and fitness center. The Cordeiro Group aims to revitalize downtown Fall River by creating a cluster of upscale, amenity-rich apartments, catering to young professionals, empty-nesters, and renters seeking modern living spaces.
