Property Manager

Shannon Tribble serves as Property Manager, bringing more than 12 years of experience in property management and nine years working with the Cordeiro Properties portfolio. Shannon specializes in leasing, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations, with a strong focus on creating positive resident experiences and maintaining high occupancy levels. Known for her personable approach and strong communication skills, she is dedicated to providing exceptional service while helping ensure properties are managed efficiently and professionally.

Shannon earned her Associate’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, a background that helped develop her strong organizational, customer service, and communication skills. Prior to entering the property management field, she worked in several customer service-focused roles, where she gained valuable experience working in fast-paced environments and building strong relationships with clients and customers.

Before officially joining Cordeiro Properties, Shannon spent nine years with HallKeen Management overseeing residential properties within the Cordeiro Properties portfolio. Through her dedication, reliability, and hands-on approach, she became a valued member of the team and continues to play an important role in supporting residents and the overall success of the communities she manages.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time taking care of her daughter Violette, going on hikes, bike rides, and enjoying time outdoors whenever possible.
