Senior Property Manager

Margaret Farrell serves as Senior Property Manager, bringing more than 20 years of experience in property management to her role at Cordeiro Properties. She is committed to delivering exceptional service, building strong resident and vendor relationships, and ensuring our properties are managed efficiently and professionally.

Margaret began her professional career in Early Childhood Education, working as a preschool teacher for 10 years. During that time, she developed strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills that continue to benefit her in her property management career today. After pursuing coursework toward a real estate license, she discovered that property management was the perfect fit for her strengths, interests, and passion for working with people.

Prior to joining Cordeiro Properties officially, Margaret spent the past nine years with HallKeen Management, where she oversaw the residential properties belonging to Cordeiro Properties. Before that, she served as a Regional Manager with HallKeen Management, further expanding her leadership experience and industry expertise. Through her years working closely with the Cordeiro Properties portfolio, Margaret became a trusted and valued part of the team. Her dedication, reliability, and genuine care for residents, vendors, and colleagues have made her an important contributor to the continued success and reputation of the organization.

Outside of work, Margaret enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, being outdoors, and staying active through sports and recreational activities. She is also an avid New York Giants fan and enjoys attending football games whenever possible. Most importantly, she considers herself the unofficial family coordinator and biggest supporter of her grandchildren.
