Lauren Feather

Vice President & Controller

Lauren Feather serves as Vice President & Controller and brings nearly a decade of public accounting and financial management experience to the organization. She has extensive expertise in financial reporting, audit oversight, internal controls, and operational accounting, with experience serving privately held companies across a variety of industries, including real estate, construction, and nonprofit organizations.

Prior to joining the company, Lauren held increasingly responsible leadership positions at both Restivo Monacelli and Withum Smith & Brown. Most recently, she served as an Audit Manager at Withum Smith & Brown, where she managed complex audit engagements, mentored accounting professionals, and fostered long-standing client relationships. Earlier in her career at Restivo Monacelli, she advanced from Staff Accountant to Senior Accountant, gaining broad experience in audit, tax, and advisory services for clients across multiple industries.

Known for her collaborative leadership style, strong technical accounting knowledge, and commitment to excellence, Lauren brings valuable insight and experience to the company's financial operations and strategic growth initiatives.
Lauren earned dual bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business from Saint Anselm College, graduating cum laude, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys exercising, baking, and spending time with her husband, three children, and their dog, Sophie.
