Gissell Padilla

Property Manager

Gissell Padilla serves as Property Manager, bringing 10 years of experience in property management and one year with Cordeiro Properties, where she officially joined the team on June 9, 2025. In her role, Gissell is dedicated to delivering exceptional service, supporting residents, and ensuring properties are managed efficiently and professionally. She is known for her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment to creating positive community experiences.

Gissell earned her degree in Advertising and Marketing from Universidad Católica Santo Domingo and is bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows her to effectively serve and connect with a diverse resident base. In addition, she continues to strengthen her professional expertise through industry certifications, including HOTMA, COS, and LIHTC.

Throughout her career, Gissell has built extensive property management experience with HallKeen Management, where she served as a Property Manager from 2021 to 2026 and previously as an Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Agent from 2016 to 2021. Prior to entering the property management field, she worked in production control and clerical support roles, where she developed strong organizational and operational skills.

Gissell is also actively committed to community service and volunteer work. She has supported annual backpack and toy drives for children in the Dominican Republic, volunteered with church-based food pantry and clothing donation programs, and served as a summer camp teacher for youth programs. Her dedication to giving back continues through ongoing family-led charitable efforts.

Outside of work, Gissell enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling, watching movies, and spending time outdoors exploring new places.
